The aim of this calculator is to give you an indication of how many days you’d need to earn per month as a freelancer to cover your monthly costs.
You input two figures:
- what you might spend per month, broken down into areas of your life
- what you’d earn (roughly) if you did a day’s work for someone as a freelancer
You can overtype a few of the text headings to make the calculator feel more real to you.
You can’t export these calculations (sorry), but you can download and keep a spreadsheet which does a similar job.
